Description



Northwest Respiratory Services seeks an Operations Dispatcher Administrator at our central hub Eagan, MN. The Operations Administrator will utilize clerical, data entry, computer and reporting skills to provide support to the VP of Operations and Regional Operations Management team.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm
Hourly Pay:
$18-$19

A Day in the Life:
Provide outside branch support by communicating with drivers and other employees in the operations department
Organizing service technician's routes for upcoming day/week
Scanning Paperwork
Updating NH Census, Patient accounts
Reconciling skipped or completed orders
Updating accounts based on work completed
NH Audit Review
Updating LOX Transfill records
Complete Telehealth Customer Follow Ups for VISN23 and Non-VA Patients
RT Liaison for scheduling
