Warehouse Supervisor Directs the development and implementation of
activities in the Warehouse Operations working closely with the
production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost
objectives. Prioritizes the Warehouse Activities requirements driven by
production schedules based on product introduction, equipment
efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and
policies to manage the Warehouse Objectives and Personnel. Leads the
supervision and various support staff residing within the
direct/indirect labor function. Develops schedules and personnel
requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates
personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Will be
onsite in Mequon WI Your Responsibilities: Helps to develop strategic
plans that supplement and enable senior leadership\'s plant and business
goals. Implements world-class systems and tools in warehouse operations,
production planning, inventory control, materials management, warehouse
management, and material distribution. Directs the development and
implementation of activities to meet productivity goals, quality, and
cost objectives Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes
budgetary recommendations regarding and, at high levels, controls
capital expenditures for indirect labor. Selects, develops, and
evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Develop goals/targets for all direct reports and regularly provide
feedback on progress towards those goals. Drives policy deployment for
area including KPI charts, action plans and countermeasures. Coordinate
operations and maintenance support for the warehouse. Ensures that
production and inventory control practices are consistent with other
facilities to the extent possible. Leads and conduct physical inventory
