Services, Auxiliaries & Real Estate, and Business & Operations.
Position Summary
The HVAC Controls Technician will perform complex tasks including
installing, repairing, adjusting, and modifying electrical controls and
electronic and pneumatic instrumentation for heating, ventilation, air
conditioning, refrigeration systems, boiler systems, and energy
management systems in significant physical plant and individual buildings.
Essential Functions
In addition to following the University of Denver's policies and
procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* This position will continually monitor the building automation systems,
work closely with consultants when they are brought in to fix software
glitches, install upgrades, perform additional programming and make
changes within the program as a response to customer demands.
