Position Summary




Under the direction of the Director, the Customer Center of Excellence Coordinator is an essential member of CoE working closely with the Recruitment Program Manager and Sales Trainer in delivery of donor recruitment tools, campaigns and promotions to account representatives, marketers and stakeholders responsible for meeting collections goals and ensuring a safe and healthy supply of blood to our state hospitals. This role supports content creation and delivery of programs and training for recruitment and marketing.


Responsibilities




Recruitment Enablement: Provides local donor recruitment team appropriate recruitment tools and training: * Assists in ideation, creation and organizing marketing tools and assets in a way that is seamless and accessible to donor recruitment team and hosts * Regular and frequent communication with local stakeholders * Address stakeholder concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
Program Delivery * Supports Donor Recruitment Programs Manager with developing programs to aid in donor recruitment and coordinator engagement and retention, including designing account representative or sponsor competitions, new donor programs, education and development, performance tracking, and reporting * Assists in coordinating local delivery and training on campaign tools and promotional items with field marketing team * Partners with Loyalty Program team on implementation of programs and promotions
Training Support * Partners with Sales Trainer on development and delivery of educational materials to include onboarding of new hires, CRM training, and CoE sponsored development programs * Supports creation of coordinator tools and helps manage coordinator social channel
Cross-Functional Support: * Actively collaborates and communicates with peers in Customer Center of Excellence, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, PR, Recruitment, and Contact Center * Partners with stakeholders to solicit feedback on needs and programs * Coordinate timely fulfillment and delivery of projects
Coordinate approved CoE projects within specific timeframes
Represents Versiti and CoE at designated meetings
Maintains required records, reports, and files as pertains to areas of responsibility
Participates in professional education to keep up to date on relevant developments in the field
Build relationships with local stakeholders to collaborate and deliver on expectations
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures


Qualifications




Education

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, education, communication or other related field required

Experience

1-3 years experience in education, sales or marketing field required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Working knowledge of current marketing communications tools and technologies required
Demonstrated ability to work across teams desired
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines required
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate project status, deliverables, and results required
Organized and detail oriented preferred
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal preferred
graphic design capability desired
Critical thinking and proactive problem solving required
