    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
