About This Role
Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for a Key Account Coordinator on our North America Key Account Service Operations team.
The Key Account Coordinator will coordinate and perform all administrative support activities required to meet the customer objectives for their assigned portfolio of key, multi-site customers. These activities will cover the full operations life cycle from point of sale to final billing and collection. Other responsibilities include, reporting, providing data for third-party systems, and other general support required for the Key Account Program Manager.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organization and analytic skills and be able to function in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand customer requirements of assigned portfolio of large, complex, multi-site contracts, including contractual obligations, customer operating processes, and use of third-party platforms.
Partner with service field branch organization to ensure all field activities comply with Key Account operating requirements, including P.O.’s, on-site communications, and Work Order details.
Track and report compliance with overall contract requirements.
Provide day to day communication between customer representatives and field service personnel
Provide required data to third party platforms as specified by customer.
Partner with supporting coordinator to ensure maintenance visits, service calls and other customer requirements/requests are handled per SLA, that services are invoiced timely and accurately, and manage accounts receivable balances to ensure on-time payment and positive cash flow.
Generate and review reports for accuracy and recommendations related to Carrier’s performance of the contract.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience of service account coordination
HS Diploma or GED Required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work across a cross functional organizations and with large, diverse populations
Strong project management and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong, professional communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
Ability to organize and analyze data
