The Delivery Manager, part of GbS Technology Services, is responsible for the success of the Datacenter Hosting Solution operations and collaborates in the planning and implementation of end-to-end Hosting Solution services and also transitioning those services to support. You will manage complex service partners and be responsible for the contract, relationship and performance management. As a Delivery Manager, you will be working with the Chapter Lead Workplace, Coll. & Global Data-Center Operations as well as other Delivery Managers in a complex global environment.
Service scope: Operations of global hosting solutions (On Premise Hosting, IT Security) adapted to evolving business needs. Manage and maintain vendor relationship with main Hosting Solution partners.

Key responsibilities
Contract Management: You are accountable for the ensuring Service contracts are managed with the key service providers and delivery of these services by IT service provider.
Service Performance: Experienced in being responsible for the overall performance and management of the Infrastructure Hosting services.
Service Operations: You ensure that all relevant components of the services contribute to a stable, reliable, cost-effective, secure, and compliant service towards the business based on the needs.
Technical Knowledge: The Delivery Manager should have an in-depth understanding of Infrastructure Hosting Services, Service assurances, Legal and regulatory requirements and be familiar with security and compliance standards related to Data Centers.
A continuous interest in emerging trends and technologies is key to the success in this role.
Risk and Compliance: Experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with Hosting Solution services and familiar with Assurance Reporting. You can represent the hosting services in internal and external audits and as such are familiar with the respective industry standards.
You are responsible for proper decisions and mitigations in case of service critical issues to the Service Operations.
You are responsible for the review and reporting of the service performances towards the dsm-firmenich business, GbS TS Management, DFO, D&T and Regional organization.
You challenge IT Suppliers on their service levels and innovation.
You jointly define strategic Key Performance Indicators and continuously drive improvement and find the best balance between quality,functionality and costs.
You are responsible for ensuring all of the Service contracts are cost effective and are within the approved budget.

You bring
Bachelor's or master's degree in the domain or equivalent experience.
+/- 10 years of experience in the Infrastructure hosting domain.
In depth knowledge about ITIL framework/processes.
Ability to manage strategic suppliers, manage costs and P&L and deliver on targets.
Ability to manage seamless operations in the Digital Technology Foundation (Network, Datacenter, Cloud etc.) domain.
Strong knowledge about network and datacenter strategy, management, and digital transformation: finding optimal balance between leveraging the technology and specific application or domain requirements for reliability and performance at optimal costs.
Excellent negotiation skills and confident in dealing with conflicting interests of the various stakeholders that often clash during work.
General knowledge of AWS, Azure, express route, direct connect, servers, storage, switches, firewalls, VMware, security, and compliance. Technical Certifications in any Hosting technology is added advantage.
Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to senior stakeholders and to all levels in the organization.
You bring a service and product oriented mindset.
Experience in managing global hosting solutions, especially for mission critical functions.
