Job Description
TMC Technologies is looking for a Systems Administrator with experience in
configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting cross-domain systems. The
successful candidate will work within a cross-functional team to provide
hands-on experience designing, installing, configuring, monitoring and
maintaining enterprise systems. The SA must have a team-oriented and
customer-focused attitude.
Primary responsibilities may include:
Supporting the execution of security measures called out in the security plan
to include timely scans of network resources and software patches.
Providing effective provisioning, installation/configuration,
operation, and maintenance of production Linux Servers in a VMWare
Virtualized Environment.
Applying DISA STIG compliance controls to secure systems.
Supporting daily system monitoring, security, server health, resources
and log management of Linux and Windows systems.
Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis. This includes
troubleshooting any and all issues with system configurations, backups,
files systems, and user access.
Supporting RHEL platforms hosting applications, operations and sustainment
systems, and ACAS and other security tools
Interfacing with engineers, systems engineers, and subject matter experts
