Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing various aspects of contracts and programs.
Contract Management:- Review, analyze, and interpret contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that contracts comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, track milestones, and enforce contractual obligations.
- Negotiate contract terms and modifications as needed.
- Prepare and submit and complete and accurate contract deliverables to the customer.
- Quality control and track all contract deliverables.
Vendor Management:- Create Subcontract Agreements and Subcontract Modifications
- Create Purchase Orders
- Create Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements
Compliance and Risk Management:- Monitor and ensure compliance of the Government Contract and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and programs.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:- Maintain accurate records of contracts, program activities, and communications.
Qualifications:- Two (2) years of Defense Contractor experience
- Associate degree in business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
- Experience with Government Contracting.
- Familiar with FAR and DFARS Clauses
- Detailed oriented, motivated, and organized
- Familiar with CMMI and ISO
