The Seasonal Grounds Maintenance team member, with direction from the Golf Course Superintendent, will be responsible for assisting in the daily maintenance of Cobblestone Creek Country Club property. Job Qualifications & Requirements: The Seasonal Grounds Maintenance team member must be able to perform duties that help maintain the Golf Course and Grounds as indicated below: String trimming, mower operation, raking bunkers, trash removal. Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with co-workers and Club Members. Must be able to read, understand, and follow directions and safety procedures. Operates various golf course equipment in a safe manner. Assist in maintaining landscaping throughout the course and grounds. This includes the removal of any trash you may find. Participates in Club wide projects. All other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent Experience: One-year related experience preferred. Licenses & Certificates: Valid drivers license preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous work lifting. Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, push, and pull. Must be able to climb and/or balance. Will be required to perform job functions outdoors and be exposed to sun, heat, humidity, and other elements. Work Schedule Requirements: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance hours must be flexible based on business needs and weather conditions. One weekend shift is required. Additional Position Details: Sick time as defined by NYS law. Employee meals offered Tuesday through Friday Golf Privilege
