health, safety and environment (HSE) performance, helping the
organization to deliver a high-performing culture through clear
accountability and a skilled organization in the Motion System Drives
based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The HSE Specialist develops, leads, and
administers the organization\'s multi-site HSE programs which exceed
compliance with OSHA ( Occupation Safety and Health Administration) and
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirementsThis is
a position with global grade 13This position reports to Global Health,
Safety and Environmental ManagerYour responsibilities Promote and ensure
the health and safety of employees and protection of the environment
through responsive and proactive HSE programs. Protect employees and the
environment from incidents and hazards while ensuring compliance with
regulations. Establishes performance target objectives aligned with
strategic ABB direction in core functions and monitors achievement Act
as consultant to management in health, safety, & environment related
issues. Identify opportunities for improvement in the HSE program
regarding compliance, management systems, and culture. Develop,
recommend, and implement appropriate corrective measures. Previous
experience with management of electrical safety, material handling
equipment, and contractor safety programs preferred Maintain HSE
management systems including control of documents and records,
operational control procedures, and continuous improvement Support the
incident investigation process to ensure proper root cause, corrective
