Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the receipt and coordination of goods coming through the warehouse, managing a team of warehouse workers, and assisting the Warehouse Manager in the day to day operations of the warehouse department.  

   

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

  • Accountable for supervisory functions of the shift/department assigned 
  • Coach and lead the Warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service 
  • Ensure quality standards and productivity standards are achieved with safety being a priority 
  • Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximizes operational efficiency 
  • Assist with various transportation/warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling 
  • Ensure completion and proper execution of work procedures 
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Associate's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills  
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen  
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office   
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer background and drug test  

  Preferred Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) 
  • Knowledge of computer software and warehouse management systems 
  • Experience working in the beverage industry
