About the Role:As a Project Controls Specialist at DEA, you'll take
ownership of a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to project
success, including:
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Deliver outstanding customer service
while working closely with internal and external clients to foster strong
relationships.
Project Financial Management: Partner with project manager for cost
forecasting, budget management, and financial reporting to ensure projects
stay on track.
Contract & Change Management: Manage contracts, scope changes, and
change orders, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
Invoicing: Prepare project invoices and progress reports, including
processing subconsultant invoices.
Data Compilation & Analysis: Support budgeting, accounting
documentation, and data analysis to monitor financial health and project
