JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Tax Manager job that can be based out of either
Oshkosh, WI or Marquette, MI locations is available through Accelerate
Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 9+
years of progressive accounting and tax experience within public
accounting and 3+ years of management or supervisory experience. In this
position, candidates will review all state and federal tax returns,
oversee all tax audits, and communicate with clients. This position will
also manage and train tax accounting staff, prepare documents for
submission to IRS, and oversee budget preparation. They offer a
competitive salary plus bonus along with a strong benefits package. A
hybrid work schedule, including Fridays off outside the tax season, is
also offered. Tax Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited
to: - Review all state and federal tax returns. - Manage all tax
audits. - Train and supervise tax accounting staff. - Develop
relationships with clients to understand their needs. - Prepare
documents for submission to IRS. - Oversee budgets and production goals.

Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting. - 9+ years of
progressive accounting and tax experience in public accounting. - 3+
years of management or supervisory experience. - CPA certification
required. - Strong experience with tax accounting and tax audits. -
