About the Role:

TD SYNNEX operates within the IT distribution channel therefore we are a very dynamic and collaborative environment where each person holds a meaningful role. This role supports the sales organization by owning administrative processes to ensure that customers needs are met while gaining valuable sales experience that will provide career growth opportunities within our sales organization.

What You'll Do

Performs sales order processing, promotional requests, and sales quotes.

Report creation, data entry, email follow up, database management and order tracking

Manages routine sales calls within an established customer base to quote prices and place orders for product and services to ensure daily and quarterly sales goals are met

Answers customer questions on pricing, availability information on products, and any shipping or service issues related to placed orders

Handles issue resolution such as shipping / stock, promotional adjustments

Maintains daily transactional engagement with the customer and internal partners

Represents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners/customers

Meets attendance and punctuality standards

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Build solid, effective working relationships with others

Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines

Respond to incoming calls and greet public in a friendly and courteous manner

Adjust readily to change and adapt as needed

Able to be immobile for long extended periods

Use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc) at a basic level

Maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure

Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Experience and Education (Years & Type):

2 year degree; or HS diploma/GED plus 1 years relevant experience

Preferred Education/Experience:

Current affiliation within a sales organization/class preferred

Bachelor's Degree within a business or IT discipline preferred
