**$5,000 Sign on Bonus for positions scheduled 64+ hours per pay period, $3,000 Sign on Bonus for Part Time positions scheduled 16 to 63 hours per pay period**

Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking certified Nursing Assistants to serve seniors with compassionate, supportive care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.
Schedules currently available include every other weekend and every other holiday:
10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (Part-time 64 hours per 2 week pay period)
10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (Part-time 80 hours per 2 week pay period)

Location Information

We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, opened adjacent to the main campus in November 2017.

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of resident related direct care duties, such as transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming residents, encouraging highest level of independence, validating residents' concerns etc.
Qualifications
Education: Successful completion of a State approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Act. Must be registered with the State of Minnesota.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision
Proven history of good judgement, integrity and consideration to others
Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident
