JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private,
non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services
throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Over the years, LSS has grown
to become one of the largest human service agencies in the two state
area serving more than 125,000 clients annually. We are looking for
passionate, mission-driven individuals like you to help provide services
including outpatient behavioral health management, international,
domestic and special needs adoptions, older adult services, support
services for children, youth and families, community corrections
programs and support services for adults with disabilities and/or mental

following opportunity. Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin
and Upper Michigan is seeking a full time Care Coordinator for our Birth
to Three Program. The Birth to 3 Program is a federally-mandated Early
Intervention program in support of families of children with
developmental delays or disabilities We work to enhance the child\'s
development and support the family\'s knowledge, skills and abilities as
they interact with and raise their child. After a training period, this
role will have remote flexibility when not at home visits with clients.
The team does meet at the Waukesha office every other Tuesday as well.
This is a full time , benefit eligible role. At Lutheran Social Services

guidelines. Dependent on program, LSS employees are required to mask
based COVID-19 levels. All employees are expected to adhere to LSS
