Facilities Technician III

Job Summary: 

TruStile doors seeks a   highly skilled and versatile facilities technician iii to join our   maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring the continuous   operation and maintenance of our facilities' complex systems. The facilities   technician iii will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot   issues, and lead preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the safety,   efficiency, and reliability of our facilities.

Highlights of the Role: 

- conduct preventive   maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems,   and specialized equipment.

- maintain, troubleshoot,   and repair biomass & natural gas boilers, electrostatic precipitator   (ESP) system, absorption chillers, cooling towers, fire alarm and monitoring   systems, burglar systems, badge and access point systems, lighting systems,   and security camera systems.

- manage inventory for   maintenance supplies and spare parts leveraging the CMMS and other resources,   including timely reorder and inventory tracking, in collaboration with   maintenance buyer.

- ensure compliance with   environmental sustainability practices and participate in recycling and waste   management programs.

- possibilities for weekend   and emergency support, with flexibility for occasional overtime work.

- mentor junior technicians   and foster a team-oriented environment for continuous improvement and   efficiency.

- adhere to all safety   protocols, participate in safety training, and promote a safe working   environment.


Requirements

    

high school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificate/degree in a related field preferred.

- at least 5 years of experience in a facilities maintenance role with a broad range of technical skills, including experience with specialized systems mentioned.

- proficiency with CMMS programs and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

- strong problem-solving abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

- excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.

- valid driver's license required; additional certifications for specialized equipment maintenance preferred.

Pay Range:

$35.71-$40.79

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
