Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking LPNs and RNs to join our growing team at our Kaneohe Facility. This is an individual contributor role and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing general medical care to residents of our facility. The successful candidate will be qualified to work with a diverse population and must be a team player with a commitment to quality and patient safety.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time postion with a salary of $42 per hour, paid weekly. The successful candidate will also receive a generous benefits package including premium-level medical coverage, paid vacation, 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, loyalty bonus, and more.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality and compassionate nursing care to our residents
• Assist with the administration and documentation of medications
• Maintain daily resident records
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate responses
• Participate in team rounds and supervise the work of care staff
• Ensure patients’ rights and safety are upheld
• Comply with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a long-term care setting
• Proven ability to work with a diverse population
• Knowledge of nursing care plans and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain organized and multi-task
• Commitment to quality and patient safety
