We are seeking candidates for a Direct Hire Production Welder position on 2nd shift (3:30pm-2:00am, Monday-Thursday). Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $20.00+ per hour, depending on skills & experience.
What a Production Welder will do:
Performs complex welds that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Follows instruction and direction of supervisor and/or lead.
Maintains safe and orderly work area.
Proficiently reads and follows blueprint directions and asks questions when uncertain.
Sets and adjusts welding equipment to comply with customer specifications and weld procedures.
Creates weldments using both simple and complex jigs and fixtures.
Assists in set up and the staging of components to provide maximum production efficiencies.
What it takes to be a Production Welder:
Must be able to work in a fast paced and detail-oriented production/manufacturing environment.
Welding and forklift experience.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and weld symbol recognition.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Must be proficient in math and reading, understanding, and interpreting measuring tools and devices. #worknow #welding #newjob |
