Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Federal Workday HCM Lead!
Responsibilities include:
- Lead HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to: compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
- Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
- Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
Here's what you need:
- Current Workday HCM Partner Certification
- 4 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- 2 years of experience delivering HCM implementations in a leadership role
- Experience managing cross functional teams
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be a US Citizen
Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $122,600 - $234,900
Colorado: $122,600 - $202,900
New York: $113,500 - $234,900
Washington: $130,500 - $215,900
