Pay increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating
Shift - 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) Work only 14 days per month and get
every other weekend off! 2-2-3 Schedule Example: Week 1: \* Work: Monday
& Tuesday \* Off: Wednesday & Thursday \* Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: \* Off: Monday & Tuesday \* Work: Wednesday & Thursday \* Off:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday This rotating pattern provides built-in days
off, a consistent schedule, and every other weekend free. Job Overview:
We\'re hiring a Napkin Assistant to support our overnight production
operations. This is an entry-level, physically demanding, and fast-paced
role ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow. Key
Responsibilities: \* Remove full napkin bags from the machine \* Stack
on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck) \* Monitor
the machine and clear jams as needed \* Keep pace with fast production
output \* Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines
