Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Portland, Oregon. These are registry positions with our company.



40hrs Travel Package

Weekly Gross Pay = $800

Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $20

Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1722 (Hotel-1246 Meals-476)

Total Weekly ($1722 is not taxed)= $2522

Feels like per hour = $63.05

$2522 div 40 hours = $63.05



36hrs Travel Package

Weekly Gross Pay = $576

Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $16

Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1715 (Hotel-1239 Meals-476)

Total Weekly ($1715 is not taxed)= $2291

Feels like per hour = $63.64

$2291 div 36 hours = $63.64



Shifts Available:

  • Day shift 7:30am - 4:00pm

  • Swing shift 3:30pm - 12:00am

  • Overnight shift 11:45pm - 7:45am

  • We are flexible and can consider 10-hour and 12-hour shifts. We are considering part-time nurses as well.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Provides general nursing care to patients

  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

  • Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.

  • Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

  • Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.

  • May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.

  • May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.

  • Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.




Job Requirements:


  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

  • A valid and current RN license issued by the State of OR

  • A valid and current BLS provider card (American Heart Association)

  • Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.

  • Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
