We are looking for a skilled Rebates and Fees Administrator to join a team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position that offers a hybrid work environment, requiring three days on-site. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in managing customer contracts, rebates, and special pricing programs while collaborating with sales and operations teams. Success in this role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rebates and Fees, Pricing and Contracting, and Global Business Support, to ensure smooth workflow and accurate results.
• Maintain and update market share forms consistently within contract management systems.
• Communicate rebate performance results to the Sales organization and prepare customer-facing documentation.
• Process rebate payment requests weekly, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Utilize contract management tools to ensure timely and precise rebate payments.
• Analyze situations or data to develop solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Respond to rebate payment and ad-hoc information requests from the Sales team or customers.
• Support and assist other members of the Quality team as required.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to use diplomacy and tact.
• Preferred: Experience supporting sales teams and working with contracting or revenue management systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and advanced Excel capabilities.
