Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at Dew Drop Inn. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, managing a team of bartenders and servers, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, creating drink menus, and implementing and enforcing policies and procedures. Qualifications • Customer service and communication skills • Experience in the food and beverage industry • Training and leadership skills • Sales and marketing skills • Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of local regulations and health codes • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
