JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Functions: Install, maintain, and service
PCs, servers, network equipment and other peripheral devices Provide end
user support covering a wide variety of question on systems, software,
hardware and peripherals onsite in Rhinelander location Contact vendors
for assistance when necessary Conduct troubleshooting for networking and
connectivity issues for onsite and remote end-users Troubleshoot and
diagnose hardware and software problems Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain appropriate logs of necessary maintenance and repairs Maintain
Information Technology systems inventory Provide quality customer
service to end-users Other projects and/or tasks as assigned \*\*\*\*\*
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Associates or
bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology Knowledge of PC
troubleshooting Knowledge of PC operating systems Knowledge and ability
to work with Microsoft applications Basic knowledge of networking
infrastructure and protocols Personal drive and internal motivation
toward high achievements Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment Must possess a high level of integrity, energy and honesty
with a professional attitude Ability to follow written and verbal
instructions Self-disciplined with a positive attitude Excellent verbal
and written communication skills Ability to work in a team or
individually Ability to prioritize tasks Must maintain confidentiality
