JOB REQUIREMENTS: Gundersen Health System is seeking a BC/BE Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Hybrid Hospitalist physician to provide
care at our Tomah location. The Tomah clinic is part of our regional
healthcare system providing care close to home for our patients.
Practice highlights: \* Typical schedule 75% clinic and 25% inpatient \*
Inpatient responsibilities include: admitting, rounding, surgical
sign-offs, post-ops, neonates, and H&P\'s \* Overnight call includes 7
days on every 4th week \* This position will include coverage at our
Moundview location \* Average number of patients -Tomah clinic 12-18
patients -Moundview clinic 8-12 patients \* 1:1 Medical Assistant in
clinic \* An innovative teaching environment in partnership with the
University of Wisconsin School of Medicine The Gundersen Tomah Clinic is
a state-of-the-art facility that supports a high-tech, evidence-based
practice. You can stay connected to colleagues throughout the entire
Gundersen system via digital radiology, telemedicine and a system-wide
integrated electronic medical record (Epic). Tomah is a growing
community in SW Wisconsin. Our clinic serves a three-county area in the
heart of Cranberry Country. Located at the half-way point between
Milwaukee and Minneapolis, it provides a prosperous location for the
military as well as distribution and manufacturing industries, yet it is
footsteps away from some of the finest outdoor opportunities Wisconsin
has to offer. Access to hunting, hiking and bicycling trails, pristine
lakes and waterways, and camping are only a short distance from home.

completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board

will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to
provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching
students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our
Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
