    What You'll Do:

    • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
    • Accounts Payable Support: Assist with processing invoices and preparing outgoing payments.

    • Reconciliations: Perform basic reconciliations of financial data, such as bank statements and vendor invoices.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
    • 0-1 year of experience in an office environment or with basic data entry (prior accounting-related experience or coursework is a strong advantage).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or NetSuite is a plus.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • A reliable and responsible work ethic.
    • Good basic math skills and effective communication skills.
