Jamestown. Parents as Teachers Home Visitor. Jamestown Community Learning Council. 1st Shift. Part time position available. Utilizes the evidence-based Parents As Teachers model, emphasizing parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting and family wellbeing in work with families, with a dual focus on student success via active family engagement and consistent school attendance. Employs the PAT Foundational Curriculum in culturally sensitive ways, partnering, facilitating, and reflecting with families. Responsibilities include participation in and successful completion of all initial and ongoing tasks and activities as required of Subscribers by JCLC and PAT, such as: employee orientation, PAT Foundational training, shadowing, observations, peer coaching and reflective supervision, staff meetings, screenings, professional development, data management, and the Annual Performance Review.
