report to the Master Production Scheduler Manager of North America and
have a hybrid schedule working in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Your
Responsibilities: Coordinate stock transport orders to align weekly
outputs with S&OP. Collaborate with Demand Managers to improve product
mix and monthly supply plans Manage short and long-term production
capacities with Production & Inventory Control Managers. Balance
manufacturing orders in collaboration with Production Control Analysts.
Support material planning for new product launches and minimize excess
and obsolete inventory. Identify and maintain global safety stock
levels. Support market programs and understand market limitations with
global teams. Analyze the financial impact of master scheduling on plant
operations. Monitor and report schedule accuracy and effectiveness while
achieving service and inventory targets. Improve supply chain processes
to enhance customer loyalty and reduce costs. The Essentials - You Will
Have: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Legal authorization to
work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas,

the time. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 5+ years of related
experience. Experience in manufacturing scheduling, analyzing data
relating to product forecasting, master scheduling, asset management, or
shipment forecasting. Collaborate across multiple disciplines with
internal and external resources. Strong analytical capabilities, with a
basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques. Strong
interpersonal skills, independent problem resolution throughout the
company and levels, and the ability to manage the requirement of others
not directly supervised. Proficient software and PC skills, with a high
