The global digital channel experiences team develops scalable experiential merchandising programs that engage shoppers to drive awareness, trial, and conversion for third party sales channels. We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Program Manager to lead VR product efforts to drive the planning, organization, and optimization of the digital work that supports our regional third party retail teams. Elements include but are not limited to: banners, product detail pages, video assets, social assets, refreshes, etc. Due to the nature of the work, this individual will need to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the digital asset execution process and build strong partnerships with the channel marketing, retail creative, and sales analytics teams to ensure that programs are well organized, on track for execution, and assessed for impact. You will need to be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and possess extremely strong organization and communication skills.
Digital Merchandising Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute programs delivering efficiency & scale across the global channel marketing teams
  • Partner with cross functional teams to create a compelling brand experience online through merchandise presentation (product pages, landing pages, promotions), intuitive category navigation and clear and accurate product information for both desktop and mobile
  • Build digital merchandising knowledge within the organization by building playbooks and best practices that drive operational excellence across the consumer experience
  • Oversee the development of briefs in partnership with Channel Marketing, Channel Sales and Product Marketing to inform cross-functional teams for work on digital program requirements
  • Collaborate with the data insights team to understand performance and consumer interaction with site content and online shopping experiences
  • Share learnings across channels/partners to drive optimizations across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate and manage regularly scheduled reviews of performance of programs across the business to key internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify A/B testing to test and drive improvements of digital merchandising programs and marketing messaging and partner with creative and product marketing to execute
  • Continuously research the ecommerce landscape and online competitors, identifying category trends and growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in an ecommerce merchandising or marketing role
  • Proven knowledge in selling online, and improving process/sales results
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, should thrive in an often ambiguous environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships between merchandising, marketing and business stakeholders alike
  • Experience building asset management tools, asset types, and with online 3rd party retail
