Green Bay, Wisconsin location. Fincantieri ACE Marine is a
state-of-the-art, climate-controlled aluminum construction facility.
Purposely designed for assembly-line manufacturing of aluminum vessels,
the facility uses innovative modular construction techniques and
component manufacturing. Efficiencies in production are achieved by
allowing modules to be pre-outfitted to a very high degree while

POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the
efficient and effective operation of machinery, equipment, and
facilities within the organization. In this role, the Maintenance Lead
will serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related
activities, executing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure
the proper functioning of all equipment. This position requires an
expert in maintenance who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and
contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The Maintenance Lead will
also play a key role in maintaining safety standards, managing
maintenance inventory, and ensuring all equipment operates at optimal
levels without having direct supervision over other team members
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties may be assigned. Maintain and repair equipment and facilities
Oversee the ordering and stocking of operating supplies Perform regular
maintenance inspections and record findings Develop and implement
maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of equipment Respond to
emergency calls and take appropriate action Monitor maintenance costs
and take steps to ensure efficiency Ensure that all maintenance
activities are completed in a timely manner and comply with legal and
safety regulations Ensure that all maintenance logs and documentation
are up to date Review work orders for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment reliability
Ensure safety protocols and procedures are being followed Provide
training and mentoring to employees Provide basic facilities to our
