Rate Range: $40/hour - $50/hour Leading technology company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in video, 3D, design, and AR to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, 3-month opportunity. This role does require onsite work in Santa Monica or New York City. MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience working with advertising clients in a creative project management or producer role
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience across various production disciplines, including video, 3D, design, and AR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - clear, concise, and direct
• Ability to optimize processes and packages for quicker turnarounds while maintaining high creative quality
• Experience leading projects from development to final delivery

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee AR projects through efficient management and production guidance
• Lead all aspects of the project, including scheduling status meetings, developing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth project flow
• Manage client communication throughout the development process and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure the successful delivery of all project assets, including AR lenses, marketing materials, presentations, and sizzle videos
• Work closely with internal teams to manage designer workloads and ensure timely delivery

NICE TO HAVES:

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, especially in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with Agile project management practices
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of design workflows and experience handling design file type
