Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries is seeking to hire a Customer Service Supervisor at their Warren location.

Responsibilities:

Reports to Store Manager

Supervises all functions of the retail store and donation center in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager

Must have sufficient mathematical skills to use cash register and complete paperwork

Follow cash and banking procedures accurately

Responsible and accountable for safeguarding store cash, mid-day and night bank deposits

Promote sales growth

Assist customers quickly and courteously

Maintain pleasant environment

Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must have at least 1year of retail sales experience

Must have valid Driver’s License

Must maintain adequate Insurance

Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Additional Details:

Part-Time Position

Hours: up to 29hrs per week (will vary)

Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (normally 5 days a week)

Hourly Wage: $12.70
