Job Description | General Description Overview: We are adding an individual to our team to be on the front line of a cloud adoption strategy for TXST. The perfect candidate will have experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services. Automation will be a key component in the role. About Us: We are the Systems Administration Team that handles public and private cloud infrastructure as well as running the critical services for campus to operate. This includes but isn’t limited to Windows, Linux, Storage, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, etc. About You: We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of building out cloud-native technologies. You should be familiar with how to deploy systems in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate should possess a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team environment, while also demonstrating the capability to solve problems in a self-directed manner. Most importantly you should be comfortable in an environment where you can freely give and receive feedback while designing solutions to run in either public or private cloud. |
