JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Position Summary Clinical
Research Assistant I Purpose Under direct supervision, perform routine
administrative duties in support of a clinical workshop. Primary
Functions Attend Saturday Comfort Ability workshops 6x yearly as
coordinator, ensuring everything runs smoothly and assisting in tasks
that arise during the workshop. Leading up to the workshop: Manage
referrals from providers, contact from families, and wait list Contact
families who have been referred to invite them to attend (via email and
phone) Set up for the workshop the day before and day of Coordinate
workshop dates and information between group facilitators Following the
workshop: Reorganize and put away materials Take inventory of supplies
and order anything that is low in preparation for future workshops
Download data from Qualtrics and create SPSS database (clean, code,
etc.) Send out thank you emails to families Knowledge - Skills -
Abilities Knowledge of quality control, customer service standards,
information management, procedural process, and recordkeeping. Computer,
technical, interpersonal, oral communication, listening, and patience
skills. Preferred Schedule: Position Requirements: Specifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on equivalent
basis Minimum Required Education: High school or equivalent. Minimum
Required Experience: No experience required Preferred Education: Some
college; some psychology coursework Preferred Experience: Some research
experience (not required) Field: Psychology Certification: CITI Training
