JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future

care for them. In the Supplier Success Manager position, you\'ll serve a
critical role in ensuring the health and success of DSSI\'s supplier
accounts. Focused on relationship-building, system and offering
knowledge, and analytics behind the scenes, the SSM empowers DSSI\'s
suppliers to drive positive change in their organizations and get the
most value from DSSI. Responsible for the supplier experience from
onboarding through maturity, you\'re the primary point of contact and
escalation for the entire account and are uniquely positioned to provide
outrageous supplier service along with delivering superior value to both
the supplier and the provider organizations. Skills Needed: Makes

and nurture long-term relationships with existing suppliers. Blend
supplier success goals with offering and business goals to drive a
powerful, strong and growing supplier/DSSI relationship. Keep suppliers
happy, engaged and growing as part of the DSSI ecosystem. Be the face of
the supplier to our internal team, and the face of our business to the
supplier. Develop a strong understanding of the DSSI system, features
and offering, and match supplier needs and goals with our tools and
