About Cascades Greenpac Mill
Started in 2013, Greenpac Mill is a state-of-the-art 100% recycled linerboard mill in Niagara Falls, NY, supplying the corrugated box industry. Thanks to numerous technological advances, Greenpac manufactures one of the best linerboards in the industry and is a leader in terms of sustainable development.
Rotating twelve (12) hour shifts and a varying schedule, including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
Shift hours are 6:45am - 7pm or 6:45pm - 7am
Job Responsibilities
* Support the overall operation of the Mill
* Keeping walkways clear of debris
* Heavy duty industrial cleaning
* Emptying compactor of discarded fiber
* Remove wastepaper from process in the dryer section
Skills & Qualifications
* Adaptable, hardworking, and a quick learner
* Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
* Good safety mindset
* Punctuality is a MUST
* Open and willing to work a rotating 12-hour shift, including holidays and weekends
* Communication
* Teamwork
* Troubleshooting
* Conflict resolution
* 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing background is preferred
