    • Strong deductive reasoning and the ability to make independent judgments in high-pressure environments.
    • Familiarity with work order management and operational reporting solutions.
    • Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of business process functions, gap analysis, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
