• Lead data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with strong database management skills.
• Ability to independently use IT systems for maintenance and labor reporting to manage and retrieve data efficiently.
• Exceptional skills in presenting complex data clearly and concisely, both in writing and visually.
• Strong deductive reasoning and the ability to make independent judgments in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with work order management and operational reporting solutions.
• Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of business process functions, gap analysis, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, management, or statistics.
