What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

Provide drafting support to produce system installation drawings including floor plans, riser diagrams and details using AutoCAD for our Fire, Security, Building Automation and/or Healthcare Services projects which are typically small to large projects that vary in complexity.
Work on larger projects with greater complexity as needed and able.
Delivers assigned projects effectively and within budgeted cost and time schedules.
May mentor less-experience staff.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You'll Need


Good knowledge/expertise in AutoCAD 2012.
Good knowledge in general AutoCAD commands such as layers, xrefs, dimensioning and 3D skills.
Solid skills in reading and understanding architectural and electrical layouts and diagrams.
Solid knowledge of electrical/electronic theory and components.
Solid technical skills and experience related to fire alarm systems, security systems, and/or building automation systems.
Good computer skills including exposure to MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience:


2-4 years drafting
Experience of 1 or more of the following industries: CCTV, Access Control, and/or Building Automation.

Preferred Experience: (but not required):


Certified in 1 or more of the following partners; Lenel, Genetec, Software House, AMAG, Avigilon, Hirsch, and Milestone.
