    Patient Care Coordinator <p>We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our Clients team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, providers, and administrative staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Your ability to manage scheduling, verify insurance coverage, and provide exceptional support will be crucial to maintaining high-quality patient care.</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO</p><p>Monday- Friday </p><p>8:00am-5:00pm</p><p>100% REMOTE </p><p><br></p><p>Applicants must have experience with patient scheduling to be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with the billing specialist to confirm patients' medical insurance coverage accurately.</p><p>• Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule initial client appointments.</p><p>• Offer administrative assistance to medical professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations.</p><p>• Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.</p><p>• Facilitate patient registration and appointment scheduling with efficiency.</p><p>• Manage authorization processes for medical procedures and treatments.</p><p>• Communicate with patients regarding upcoming appointments and necessary documentation.</p><p>• Verify medical insurance details and assist patients with billing-related questions.</p><p>• Ensure all patient records are updated and maintained with utmost accuracy.</p>
