is an exempt position working standard business hours. What You Will Do:
As the Patient Experience Officer you will act as the primary champion
of ProHealth Care\'s commitment to deliver an outstanding patient
experience and help ensure that the organization remains true to its
brand promise: \"The way you should be treated.\" You will be
accountable for the development and accomplishment of strategic and
operational goals and outcomes related to an exceptional customer
experience. Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement
enterprise-wide strategies to ensure that an excellent patient
experience remains a central strength of the organization. Works with
leaders throughout the organization to establish goals for improving the
patient experience and plans to achieve those goals. Serves as a trusted
subject matter expert and change agent for cultural transformation.
Works with leaders and providers to foster a culture that supports an
excellent patient experience, recognizing that today\'s health care
consumers have many options for care. Encourages an expansive view of
the patient and customer experience that incorporates clinical care,
nonclinical services, the physical environment and online services.
Works with both clinical and non-clinical leaders and their teams to
ensure that ProHealth Care is addressing the unique needs of each
patient. Acts as a champion of the ProHealth Experience service
standards. Updates the standards as appropriate. Observes and analyzes
ProHealth operations to identify ways to improve the patient experience
and eliminate obstacles to an outstanding experience. What you will
need: Bachelor\'s degree. At least 5 years of relevant experience. A
background in patient experience work is preferred. Knowledge of patient
