JOB REQUIREMENTS: \* Greets each member as they enter the credit union
in a friendly and professional manner. \* Directs members to the
appropriate person or department if unable to provide information
requested. \* Ensures that members are aware of credit union products
and services. \* Performs teller transactions and opens additional
shares for members as needed. \* Monitors the branches clerical items
such as faxes, mail, notary services, and more. \* Maintains the
confidentiality of member, employee, and credit union information.
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: \* High school diploma
or equivalent. \* Minimum two years\' member/customer service
experience. \* Previous cash handling service preferred. \* Strong
communication skills, written and verbal. \* Is punctual and maintains a
neat, professional appearance. \* Ability to work in direct,
professional contact with people both in person and over the phone.
