Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contracts Manager - Manager Level 1 to join the qualified and diverse individuals of the Tactical Space Systems Division (TSSD). This role is to supervise a small team of direct reports and will directly manage the Habitation and Logistics Outpost (HALO) program out of Northrop Grumman's Civil Space Systems business unit. This position will be located full time at Northrop Grumman's Dulles, Virginia offices. Our Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading, strategizing and conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiations and administration and customer contact activities. Position general responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Review, negotiate, manage and closeout the contract process.
