    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree in Taxation or Juris Doctor (JD) with a focus on tax preferred.
    • CPA certification is required.
    • At least 15 years of progressive tax experience, including senior leadership roles in corporate or public accounting settings.
    • Deep knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and international tax concepts, including transfer pricing and Subpart F.
    • Proven expertise in managing the tax provision process for publicly traded companies.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
    • Experience with tax technology platforms and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
    • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
