We are looking for an Operations Manager to focus on Security Information Software (SIS) Alarm Center Product
Alarm CenterTM is the Global Leader in High-Performance Alarm Monitoring and Integration Software for the Security Industry. Deployed in over 120 countries, Alarm Center is a modular and scalable security software platform that is designed to be the central point in alarm and data management. Our flagship product, the Monitor/Dispatch Module, analyzes automated alarm signals and presents them for live, real-time dispatching of emergency response services.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way, continually optimizing operational efficiency in terms of cost, responsiveness, and client satisfaction
Work closely with product and delivery teams to ensure successful transfer of technologies into the clients' operational environment(s).
Plan and attain key revenue recognition activities in support of clients' contracted requirements.
Improve and automate operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant to EverCommerce and unique client requirements
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Perform quality controls and design, monitor, optimize delivery KPIs
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Must demonstrate a proven track record over 6 years of::
Must be US Citizen and have capability to obtain and maintain an US Department Of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance (preference on those that currently hold an active secret clearance)
Bilingual Spanish
Account Receivables experience
Procurement process experience
Knowledge of international and domestic shipping regulations
Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Knowledge of products/services offering and company policies
Experience in operations management or similar role
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Encourage and accept personal feedback
Nice to haves:
Familiarity with IT technology stack international shipping requirements
Supporting Department of Defense Alarm and Security contract requirements
Strong initiative and self starting, enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Where: HYBRID/IN OFFICE, We are located in Orlando, Florida. Our open-plan office space is filled with high-energy, talented people who enjoy working in a relaxed collaborative environment. You will have the option of working remotely from the Orlando area but will be required to work out of our office on occasion due to secure network access requirements.
