will work with our Advanced Manufacturing team on a variety exciting
projects. This paid position is located at our global headquarters in
Racine, Wisconsin. The typical assignment spans 2 to 3 semesters. The
individual in this position is responsible for supporting manufacturing
process development activities related to Industry 4.0 / IIoT. The
incumbent will also support existing process improvement activities and
new product launch activities. Key Responsibilities: Support Advanced
Manufacturing Engineers with: Process Development Conduct process and
part experiments, trials, or testing Specification creation /
modification Enhance engineering tools and processes to make the
engineering functions more efficient. Product Launch Tooling and
equipment acquisition Design for manufacturability APQP process
documentation Support proof of concept projects to integrate new IIoT /
Industry 4.0 manufacturing technologies into Modine plants Perform
hands-on tasks for assisting in producing equipment/tooling Required
Qualifications: Basic solid modeling and drawing skill-set (SolidEdge,
ProE, UG, or Catia CAD software). Proven troubleshooting, mechanical,
and analytical skills Customer-focused attitude Dedicated to quality and
safety Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a
team environment while taking ownership of projects Available for
limited travel with over-night stays Education Requirements: Sophomore
standing in engineering degree program Travel: None For California
