Your Opportunity: Heinrich Envelope, a Taylor company, is looking for an Equipment Operator/Envelope Adjuster to join the team at their Golden Valley, MN facility!
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications
Performs routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output
Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
Check paper for type, size, color and quantity
Check plates for correct format
Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality
Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates
Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment
Your Shift:
1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
You Must Have:
Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
High degree of math skills and attention to detail
Mechanical ability
Good reading ability
We Would Also Prefer:
Must have ability to work with very close tolerances
Ability to effectively communicate with team members
Analytical skills
Good color discernment
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25 - 28. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
