JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: The Division of Trauma and Acute
Care Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking experienced
candidates with a strong background in sponsored clinical trial
management for the position of Clinical Research Coordinator III in our
growing research program. This position will work closely with the
Clinical Research Manager and team leads to support successful
implementation of multiple sponsored protocols from startup to closeout.
Candidates under consideration will be excellent communicators, have
strong problem solving and organizational skills, and will be adept at
adapting to the changing priorities and deadlines inherent in managing
multiple projects at once. Primary Functions Coordinate implementation
of sponsored research protocols including both study startup and
day-to-day needs. Identify problems or obstacles in the
system/procedures related to implementation of sponsored research
protocols and collaborate with team leads and study investigators to
remediate. Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including
acting as a liason with community organizations. Organize internal and
external meetings, site visits, and special events. Monitor the
progress, timeliness, and quality of research data collection to ensure
sponsor expectations and milestones are met. Collaborate on the
development of program materials including educational materials,
marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports. Manage program
timeline including tracking deadlines for program components. Organize
and maintain on-going sponsored research projects. Assure compliance
with all relevant IRB and other regulatory agency requirements. Prepare
internal and external IRB documents and reports. Evaluate and write
research protocols in collaboration with study investigators.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of biology, chemistry,
mathematics, documentation, and records management. Data utilization,
complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and
writing skills. Preferred Schedule: M-F Core Business Hours Position

for education on an equivalent basis Minimum Required Education:
