Product Growth Analyst Responsibilities
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with consumer and business products.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science.
  • Bring a deep understanding of growth and optimization best practices to growth-focused engineering teams.
  • Drive consensus and prioritize the road-map of the growth-focused engineering team to drive a ruthless focus on the most impactful ideas.
  • Understand the competitive landscape facing Meta products and relative position in the market to inform the product growth strategy and design.
  • Lead direct response communication efforts with users and potential users of Meta products.
  • Optimize funnels to reduce friction and drive the best possible experience for users.
  • Lead product adoption efforts partnered with product growth teams to effectively promote high retention experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Quantitative Management, Marketing, Statistics, or related field and one year of work experience in job offered or in a business intelligence-related occupation. Requires one year of experience in the following
  • 1. Data querying language: SQL
  • 2. Using quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights from complex datasets
  • 3. Collaborating and communicating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
  • 4. A/B Testing and Statistics involving problem frame-works, developing hypotheses, designing and executing A/B testing for product and feature roll out, analyzing test results and providing business recommendations
  • 5. Supporting direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, including target audience segmentation, incentive structure design, budget management, defining success metric, ad-hoc campaign optimization, and post-campaign analysis
  • 6. Working with large data sets including database queries, data visualization tools, and in cloud-based environments to inform and influence decision making
  • 7. Evaluating account performance and value to inform long-term investment decisions and performing sensitivity analysis to mitigate risk
  • 8. Working with Data Scientists to build segmentation model for audience targeting
  • 9. Designing data models to optimize marketing campaign ROI.

$142,037/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
